Decorations are fun and inspirational. Paint banners announcing your Earth Expo. Post the “Kids for Saving Earth Promise” and leave space for people to sign their names so they can pledge to be “Defenders of the Planet.” Make up enviromental messages to print on buttons. Have each team or classroom make flags and march with them at your Expo.

Students are reporters too. Have students cover the Earth Expo by writing articles, or taping or or filming the it. Student reporters can interview student speakers, project participants and adult enviromental experts. Send copies of these reports to the school newspaper, local newspaper, TV stations and elected officals who want to know about your commitment to environment. And don’t forget KSE!
